I purchased crystals but I haven't received them yet

  • Please check your Internet connection, as it has to be stable for newly purchased items to be added to the game.
  • Restart your device and check to see if the purchase shows up.

It sometimes happens that crystals fail to be delivered soon after the purchase. There can be several reasons for it.

Please contact us from within the game and send us the screenshot of your receipt, we will check why it happened and send the missing crystals to your game as soon as possible.

Here is how to find a receipt on iOS and MacOS devices:

  • The receipt is emailed to the account used to make the purchase soon after the purchase is completed.
  • You can also find what you've bought from the iTunes Store and App Store on your computer. Here is the instruction: https://support.apple.com/HT204088 
  • If you can't view your purchase history on your computer, you can see your purchases from the past 90 days at reportaproblem.apple.com

To take a screenshot, quickly press and release both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button.

Here is how to find a receipt on Android devices:

  • You can take a screenshot of the receipt or copy and paste the information from the email that was sent to you after making the purchase.
  • Open the Google Play Store app / Go to Menu / Choose Account and Tap Order history. Find the order and take a screenshot.

To take a screenshot you simply press and hold the power and volume-down buttons together.
