Your energy maximum depends on your XP level. Each time you reach the next XP level it increases by 5. And it takes longer to fill it with energy. The higher XP level you reach, the higher your energy maximum is and the more time will be required to refill full energy.

It takes 3 minutes to restore 1 energy point. Let’s imagine you have reached XP level 77. Then your energy maximum is 400. To calculate time required to restore full energy: 400 units * 3 minutes = 1200 minutes = 20 hours. 

It means you will need to wait 20 hours until your energy is filled to the maximum and such amount can not be restored overnight. And once you reach let’s say XP level 127 your energy maximum will be 650. And you will need 650 units * 3 minutes = 1950 minutes = 32.5 hours to restore full energy.

There are tips that can speed up process or save you some energy:

• Use spells such as Heavy Monsoon and Powerful Tornado that increase energy regeneration speed to help you regenerate faster when you need it.
• Exchange gifts with friends. It is one of the best methods to get energy faster.
• Complete daily tasks and revive Lotus, reward contains a lot of energy points. 
• Use the Energy Guardian spell, it will help you to save energy points.
• Use Unlimited Energy spells you get as reward for challenges.
