Go to the Settings and click Help and Support.
If you play on iOS device:
Tap the pencil button to contact us from within the game and to check your tickets.
If you have a reply to your request you will see an exclamatory sign on the Setting icon and on Help and Support button.
Tap the ticket to read the conversation.

If you play on Android device:
Tick off the attach saves check box and click Write to us.
Choose the email app you use to send us the email with your game info. Make sure that the email has been sent successfully and you have got the auto reply from us with your ticket number.
NOTE: If you do not receive our replies please check your Social and Spam folders. Mark it as not a spam and add our e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org) to your address-book and safe-list to make sure you get our e-mails to your in-box.
