How can I find and save my Support ID?

Support ID is a number that is unique for your game. If you lose progress or need any other assistance, it helps us to identify your account and provide assistance faster.

 

How to find your Support ID:
Open the game on your device > open Settings (see gear icon in the lower left corner) > Support ID is at the bottom of settings window.

Important: Save your Support ID beforehand in case you lose access to your device or lose your progress, or reset your device to factory settings.

How to send us your Support ID:

1 - Send us a message from within the game. Your Support ID will be automatically attached to your request.

2 - Send us a message via email support@awem.com or web form here.

 

You can save your Support ID the following way:

  • Write it down. Please make sure you save this record until you need it. Be careful as your record must be an exact copy of the ID in the game.
  • Take a screenshot. See how here.
  • Take a photo using your new/other device in case you need to transfer progress. The ID must be readable on the photo you made.

If you do not have your new device yet, then just save this record/screenshot for later use. Once you get your new device, please send us a message from within the game on it as described here and we will help you transfer progress to the new device.
