Deletion of personal data

We respect your privacy and as a player you maintain the right to have all of your personal or your children's data used in our application and our partners' services (purchase payments, in-app ad views, etc.) deleted. Should you decide to delete this data, the deletion will be permanent and data cannot be restored. However, it will be possible to start the game from scratch.

To exercise your right, our privacy policy requires us to identify you as the original account owner. To do that we can request you to send us a message from within the game so we can get IDs required to identify all data and avoid any errors and harm to the original owner of the account. 

You can request deletion of personal data by: 

1 - Pressing the delete account button in the game (preferable method as it sends us all required IDs and expresses your intention clearly).

To request deletion open the game > Settings > Terms and Privacy > press Delete Account. The game will be locked and you will have 14 days to change your mind and cancel the request. After that period the cancel button will disappear and our data team will process your account deletion request.

2 - Contacting us from within the game: 

Open the game > press game settings icon > Support > tap Contact Us > Tap in the frame at the bottom to start your message. Type in your request to delete data and press OK, then press green arrow to send a message. Please specify your email address so we can notify you about completion of the process.

We may ask you to confirm your intention to delete data as this action cannot be cancelled and your game experience will be lost.

  • Open this form
  • Please select Deletion of personal data in Request type and fill in the form
  • Press Submit to send a request. You will receive email notification that request was created. Please make sure it is not in your spam folder.

Awem support team aims to respond to and resolve most requests within 30 days of receipt. In some more complex situations this could be extended. You will be notified in a timely manner if this applies to your case.
