1 - Go to the Settings and tap Support.

2 - Tap Contact Us

3 - Tap in the frame at the bottom to start your message.

4 - Type in your request, then press OK and press the green arrow button on the right side to send your message. 

To check replies to your requests:

1 - Go to the Settings and tap Support.

2 - Tap Your Messages

3 - Tap on one of the requests to view and reply.
