There are several options:
1 - Our default progress backup system.
Once you start playing the game it saves your progress in our progress backup system. It does not require login to Facebook or Google account or Apple ID. So it is enabled by default and does not require any special actions to be enabled. It saves your progress regularly. Its goal is to help players restore progress in case the game was reinstalled. If you had to reinstall the game, please follow these steps:
- Install the game and open it.
- Avoid logging into Facebook in the game until your progress is restored as Facebook login blocks activation of the automatic progress restoration.
- The game will offer to restore progress. Please agree and it will download your progress from servers.
Important: Progress backup system does not transfer progress to another device. It works for your current device only. If you need to transfer progress to another device see this article. If you need to reset your device, please save your Support ID as described here and contact us after device reset.
2 - Our cloud that links progress to your Facebook account (mobile devices only).
You have to enable the Internet connection and Log in Facebook to save your game progress in our Cloud. Your game progress will be linked to your Facebook account.

Important:
- If you need to restore progress in most cases it is enough to log into Facebook in the game using the same account as before. If it did not help, please contact our support team as described here.
- Access to Facebook services can be restricted in certain countries or regions. In such cases, we comply with local laws and regulations.
