Tavern
• Click the Dice near the chimney (A) and then the MAGNET (B) to finish the first two steps of the tutorial.
• Find all the other objects highlighted in white. The objects must appear in the hidden objects box before you can click them in the scene (C).
• The objects highlighted in blue are Inventory Tools which go in Inventory. Collect the HAMMER, LANTERN, and KEY.
• If you see an exclamation mark above the character, it means the person has information to share after you complete a task.
• Talk to the tavern keeper.
• You can’t get the Coin and the Handkerchief until later.
• Once you find all the objects except the Coin and the Handkerchief in this location, you’ll go outside the tavern.
Street
• Find the hidden objects highlighted in white.
• Collect the ZODIAC SYMBOL, HANDLE, and DAGGER highlighted in blue.
• You can’t get Boot and the Cloak Buckle because you need a tool from other location.
• Once you find all the hidden items except the Boot and the Buckle you’ll return to the map.
Map
• Click Workshop.
Workshop
• You can get here and other available locations by clicking the map in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Find the items highlighted in white.
• Collect the GREEN CROSS, COINS, NAIL, PICKAXE, and MITTEN highlighted in blue.
• The yellow highlights contain either a clue or an inventory item.
• Use the MAGNET on the bars to get the Watch (D).
• When you get to the Rolled up Note, use the KEY from your Inventory to open the box (E).
• Go to the Leroy House.
Summerhouse
• This location contains a Mystery Item. It’s highlighted in red and twinkles when you move the cursor over it. Click the item to get extra points and a trophy.
• Find the other items highlighted in white.
• Collect the LION HEAD, MATCH, and DECORATION highlighted in blue.
• Use the HAMMER from Inventory to break the wooden floor.
• Play the puzzle.
Puzzle
• Click the beads to pick them up.
• Take the Bracelet.
• Go to the Tavern.
Street
• Get the Cloak Buckle using the NAIL (F).
• Use the LANTERN to find the Boot (G).
• Go to the Tavern.
Tavern
• Use the MITTEN to get the Handkerchief (H).
• Give the COINS to the tavern keeper (I).
• Talk to him.
• Use the HANDLE to open the drawer (J).
• Play the puzzle.
Puzzle
• Find all the items on the list to get the Coin.
• Click and drag items to see what’s behind.
• Take the Coin.
• Go to the Mansion.
Front Door
• Collect the fleurs-de-lis highlighted in green.
• The locations of fleurs-de-lis may change in later replays.
• Find the hidden objects highlighted in white.
• Collect the BROOM, HALBERD, and LEVER highlighted in blue.
• Place the LION HEAD where it belongs to get the Black Cloak and the PIN (K).
• Use the PIN to open the door and enter the house (L).
Office
• Take the Mystery Item highlighted in red.
• Find all the items highlighted in white and fleurs-de-lis highlighted in green.
• Collect the TILE highlighted in blue.
• Use the GREEN CROSS from Inventory on the frog and get the Seal (M).
• First, use the DAGGER to cut the canvas. Then add the ZODIAC SYMBOL to the lock (N).
Puzzle
• Rearrange the zodiac symbols to match them with the corresponding images.
• Click the symbol and then the adjacent empty space where you want to move it.
• When you click on circle, the corresponding zodiac sign is highlighted.
• You can only move the circles into an adjacent empty space on the lines.
• You’ll go to the Office.
• Take the LETTER.
Office
• First, use the MATCH to light the candle and hold the LETTER above the candle to read it (O).
• Use the DECORATION to open the drawer and take the Coins and the Paper (P).
• Go to the Front Door.
Front Door
• Add the TILE to the coat of arms.
• Play the puzzle.
Puzzle
• Move the tile to the center of the picture.
• Use the arrows to move the ball.
• You can use the screenshot for help.
• Take the Coat of Arms.
• Go to the Leroy House.
Summerhouse
• Use the BROOM to get the Gold Cuff Link.
• Go to the Abbey.
Abbey Archives
• Take the Mystery Item highlighted in red.
• Find all the items highlighted in white and fleurs-de-lis highlighted in green.
• Get the GEAR and STONE SHERE highlighted in blue.
• Move the sketch on the desk (Q).
• You’ll come back later to finish the puzzle.
• Go to the University.
Professor’s Study
• Take the Mystery Item highlighted in red.
• Find all the items highlighted in white and fleurs-de-lis highlighted in green.
• Collect the PUZZLE PIECE, KEY, and MIRROR FRAGMENTS highlighted in blue.
• Fix the Mirror (R).
• Use the PICKAXE to get to the machinery in the wall and add the GEAR (S).
Professor’s Study
• Insert the LEVER to open the door.
• Enter the Secret Room.
Secret Room
• Take the Mystery Item highlighted in red.
• Find all the items highlighted in white and fleurs-de-lis highlighted in green.
• Place the STONE SPHERE into the gargoyle’s hands and take the Birth Records (T).
• Check behind the statue with the HALBERD and take the Walking Stick (U).
• Click the chest (V) to play the puzzle.
Puzzle
• The object of the game is to close all the drawers.
• Click a drawer to open or close it and all the drawers touching it will do the opposite. If it’s open, the others will close and vice versa.
• When you move your cursor over a drawer, it shakes the drawers that will change position.
• Take the Apocryphal Writings and the Statuette.
• Return to the Abbey.
Abbey Archives
• Add the PUZZLE PIECE from Inventory to the puzzle (W).
• Play the puzzle.
Puzzle
• Swap the puzzle pieces to complete the picture.
• Take the BOOK.
Abbey Archives
• Put the BOOK on the book stand.
• Unlock the BOOK with the KEY.
• Take the Death Records.
Mini-Game
• Place the Statuettes in the right places by matching them with the symbols on them.
• Play the mini-game.
• Move the circles to their matching symbols by sliding them on the railings.
• Take the Key.
