If you are unable to make a purchase in the game, please check that your device has been enabled to make in-app purchases.
For iOS devices:
- Tap Settings
- Select General
- Select Restrictions
- Scroll down to In-App Purchases and make sure that the toggle switch is set to ON
For Android devices:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the menu button then select Settings
- Scroll down to where it says Parental controls and tap on it
- In the next window, be sure that Parental controls are disabled
For Amazon devices:
- Open the Amazon Appstore app
- Open the menu, then tap Settings
- Clear the checkbox next to In-App Purchasing
If it has not helped, make sure your billing account information is up-to-date.
For iOS devices:
- Tap Settings
- Select iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID and choose View Apple ID
- Tap Payment Information and ensure your payment method is correct and up-to-date
For Android devices:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper left
- Select My Account
- Select Add Payment Method or More Payment Settings and ensure your payment method is correct and up-to-date
For Amazon devices:
- Visit amazon.com
- Click on My Account
- Scroll down to Digital Content and click on Manage Your Content and Devices
- Click the Settings tab and ensure your payment information is up-to-date
