New tiles and bonuses are unlocked on the same levels that you unlocked them in Adventure mode. For example, if you receive the pick in level 2 in Adventure mode, you'll receive it in level 2 of Blitz mode.
Use bonuses as soon as they are available in Blitz mode. They add a lot of time to your timer.
If you lose a level, you can start again from the last save point.
You receive a cup when you reach a save point in Blitz mode.
