- Restart your device and check to see if the purchase shows up.
It sometimes happens that purchased items fail to be delivered soon after the purchase. There can be several reasons for it.
Please contact us from within the game and send us the screenshot of your receipt, we will check why it happened and send the missing items to your game as soon as possible.
Here is how to find a receipt on iOS devices:
- The receipt is emailed to the account used to make the purchase soon after the purchase is completed.

- If you can't view your purchase history on your computer, you can see your purchases from the past 90 days at reportaproblem.apple.com.

- Go into your Amazon account, click on Your Orders at the top and get a list of all your purchases. Find the order and take a screenshot.
To take a screenshot, press and hold both the Power and Volume down key for about three seconds. You will hear the camera shutter click. The screenshot is saved into your Photos.
