I’m unable to make purchases in the game

If you are unable to make a purchase in the game, please check that your device has been enabled to make in-app purchases.

For iOS devices:

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Select General
  3. Select Restrictions
  4. Scroll down to In-App Purchases and make sure that the toggle switch is set to ON

For Android devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap the Menu button then select Settings
  3. Scroll down to where it says Parental controls and tap on it
  4. In the next window, be sure that Parental controls are disabled

For Amazon devices:

  1. Open the Amazon Appstore app
  2. Open the Menu, then tap Settings
  3. Clear the checkbox next to In-App Purchasing

For Windows:

Please make sure you are not using account for which restrictions are set

If it has not helped, make sure your billing account information is up to date.

For iOS devices:

  1. Tap Settings
  2. Select iTunes & App Store
  3. Tap your Apple ID and choose View Apple ID
  4. Tap Payment Information and ensure your payment method is correct and up to date

For Android devices:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap the Menu icon in the upper left
  3. Select My Account
  4. Select Add Payment Method or More Payment Settings and ensure your payment method is correct and up to date

For Amazon devices:

  1. Visit amazon.com
  2. Click on My Account
  3. Scroll down to Digital Content and click on Manage Your Content and Devices
  4. Click the Settings tab and ensure your payment information is up to date

For Windows:

  1. Visit Microsoft.com
  2. Click on the account icon and click on the link to open account settings. 
  3. Click Payment & Billing > Payment options
  4. Select Add a New Payment Method or Edit and ensure your payment method is correct and up to date.

For Mac devices:

  1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
  2. Click your name or the sign in button  at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click View Information.
  4. Next to Payment Information, click Manage Payments. (If you're using an older version of macOS, click Edit to the right of Payment Type.) You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  5. Select Add Payment or Edit and ensure your payment method is correct and up to date.
