- Please check your Internet connection, as it has to be stable for newly purchased items to be added to the game.
- Restart your device and check to see if the purchase shows up.
It sometimes happens that crystals fail to be delivered soon after the purchase. There can be several reasons for it.
Please contact us from within the game and send us the screenshot of your receipt, we will check why it happened and send the missing crystals to your game as soon as possible.
Here is how to find a receipt on iOS and MacOS devices:
- The receipt is emailed to the account used to make the purchase soon after the purchase is completed.
- You can also find what you've bought from the iTunes Store and App Store on your computer. Here is the instruction: https://support.apple.com/HT204088
- If you can't view your purchase history on your computer, you can see your purchases from the past 90 days at reportaproblem.apple.com.

- Go into your Amazon account, click on Your Orders at the top and get a list of all your purchase. Find the order and take a screenshot.
To take a screenshot, press and hold both the Power and Volume down key for about three seconds. You will hear the camera shutter click. The screenshot is saved into your Photos.

- You can take a screenshot of the receipt or copy and paste the information from the email that was sent to you after making the purchase.
- Go into your Microsoft account, click on Payment & Billing > Order History at the top and get a list of all your purchases. Find the order, click on Order details and take a screenshot.
To take a screenshot:
- Press Windows logo key + Shift + S.
- Choose whether you want to take a screenshot of the part of the screen or full screen.
- Then click on the image in notification that appeared in the lower right corner of the screen.
- Screenshot will open in the snipping tool so you can edit if necessary.
- Use the floppy disk button in the top right corner of the window to save a screenshot.
