    I paid for the game twice. What should I do?

    Please note that most of our games have two different versions (or two apps) on the Google Store: free and paid.

    • Free - Trial - You can download it before you buy it. You can buy (and unlock) it from within the app.
    • Paid - Full – You can't download it unless you buy it.

    So it could happen that you bought both apps, which means you bought one and the same game twice. In this case you need to contact Awem Supprt Service at support@awem.com and we will refund one of the purchased apps.  Please make sure to include the order numbers of both purchases.
