We always hope that all Cradle of Empires players treat each other politely and respectfully. However, as in any large community, sometimes we have to deal with inappropriate behavior. 

Our game has filters that prohibit players from using offensive language in guild names or in chat messages. However, sometimes words slip through.

If somebody uses an offensive word in your guild chat and it isn’t blocked, tap/click on the message and then tap/click Report and Delete. The message will be hidden and the player will be marked. 

Also, we suggest that guild leaders remove any members that use offensive language.
