I used iCloid synchronization in the past and it is unavailable after reinstallation of the game/installation on a new device. What should I do?

iCloud synchronization is an obsolete option and it is not available when you make a fresh installation of the game. It may still be active for old players while they continue playing but it does not allow to transfer progress to your new device or restore it on your old device. 

If you lost progress please contact our support team from within the game:

1 - Please play the game to reach XP level 5.

2 -  Tap the Settings icon on the bottom panel > Tap Help and Support button in the Settings tab > Tap the Contact us (pencil in the upper right corner) > Start a conversation

3 - Describe the situation and send a message.

If you need to switch devices, please save your support ID from the old device and send us a message as described here. We will do our best to help you!
