How to send log files?

IMPORTANT: Do NOT delete or reinstall the game. Otherwise you won't be able to restore it.

If you have  a computer and can connect your iOS devices to your PC using an iOS device USB charging cable, send us the log files. It may help us.

Please download iTunes and install it on your PC to access necessary files.

To start using the program you must first connect your iOS devices to your PC using an iOS device USB charging cable.

Send to our Support Service the Documents folder of the game.

Do the following steps to find the Documents folder: 

  1. Open iTunes
  2. Select your device. See how to locate your device: https://support.apple.com/HT203060
  3. In the left sidebar, click Apps. Then, scroll to the File Sharing section at the bottom of the page.
  4. Find Cradle of Empires app
  5. Copy the Documents folder to your computer
  6. Compress the Documents folder and send to support@awem.com
