Go to the Settings and click Help and Support.
If you play on iOS device:
Tap the pencil button to contact us from within the game and to check your tickets.
If you have a reply to your request you will see an exclamatory sign on the Setting icon and on Help and Support button.
Tap the ticket to read the conversation.

If you play on Android device:
Tick off the attach saves check box and click Write to us. Your Support ID will be included into the e-mail automatically. Please describe your problem for our team so that we know what we should look into.
