Go to the Settings and click Help and Support.
If you play PC or Mac device:
Make sure ‘Attach saves’ box is checked - Write to us. Please send the generated email.
Important: if you play on a computer, you will receive replies via email. But if you play on a mobile device and sent us a message from within the game, you will need to check replies inside the game as described below.
If you play on iOS device:
Tap the pencil button to contact us from within the game and to check your tickets.
If you play on Android device:
Tap the pencil button to contact us from within the game and the menu button to check your requests.
If you have a reply to your request you will see an exclamatory sign on the Settings icon and on Help and Support button.
Tap the ticket to read the conversation.

You can contact us without entering the game too. On the start screen with the Play button please tap on the gear icon. Then tap on the question icon and follow steps described above.
