Known Issues (Christmas calendar, Candies, Facebook, Video)

There are a few issues in the current version of the game we already know and our team is working to fix them. Please note that they are not common for all the devices – they happen only in some particular cases.

 

IMPORTANT: We do NOT suggest you to delete or reinstall the game. It will probably not help you resolve the problem. Still if you want to reinstall the game, please make sure you back up your progress. Otherwise you won't be able to restore it.

 

  • Problems with Christmas calendar

There are a few issues with the Christmas calendar on some of the devices. Our team is already working on this problem. Sorry for this inconvenience.

 

  • Problems with candies Christmas gifts

There are a few issues with candies and Christmas gifts on some of the devices. Our team is already working on this problem. Sorry for this inconvenience.

 

  • Game crashes when I sign in Facebook

Please do not delete or reinstall the game unless you back it up.

This problem happens on some of the devices. It's possible because you there's not enough RAM on your device to sign in to Facebook (especially if you have Facebook app installed) that's why the game closes. We'll be fixing it for future updates.

For now you can try the following steps. It can help resolve the problem on some of the devices. But you'll need to temporary delete your Facebook app from your device. If it's OK, please see the steps below.

  • Delete Facebook app from your device.
  • Reboot your device (turn it off and on).
  • Now run the game.
  • Tap the Options button on the bottom panel in the city screen.
  • Tap the Facebook Sign In button.
  • Sign In page should be opened in Safari. Please sign in here.

As you see, it's important you sign in to Facebook via Safari and not Facebook app. That's why we had to delete Facebook app. After you signed in Facebook, you can install your Facebook app to your device again.

Please DO NOT delete or reinstall the game unless you back-up your progress. Otherwise you won't be able to restore it.

 

  • I can't watch the ad video

Sorry for this inconvenience. We make every effort to provide broadcast promo-video for every request, but there is no way to guarantee that every button tap will produce an ad play as there are many factors that go into determining ad availability. Sometimes it depends on the number of requests in a particular country when players have reached the view limits. Sorry but there are circumstances that we can’t control.
