Your game progress will be linked to your Facebook account if you use Facebook to save your game progress.
If you can't restore your game using your Facebook please try the following steps:
1 – Make sure your Internet connection is enabled and you have a stable signal (for example, you are not far from your modem if you are using Wi-Fi).
2 – Make sure to log in using the same Facebook account you used in the game.
3 – Make sure the time on your device is set automatically.
4 – Make sure your are not running out free space on your device.
5 – Swipe the game away. Open it again and see if it helps.
If it has not helped, please contact our customer support and provide the following information:
1. What was your XP level?
2. What happened before your progress was lost (you updated the game, got new device, updated the OS, etc.).
